Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mubadrah Comprehensive Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with MCS Sync (“the System”). The System is an internal business platform for authorized personnel.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal and related information processed through the System. It does not create rights beyond those required by applicable law or Company policy.

2. Information We Process

Depending on your role and how the System is used, we may process:

• account and identity information (such as name, email, user ID, and role);
• employment, HR, manpower, and related operational records;
• business and operational data that users enter or manage in the System; and
• technical and security data, including IP address, device/browser information, login times, and audit logs.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process information for internal business purposes, including:

• employment, operations, and workforce management;
• security, access control, fraud prevention, and incident response;
• legal, regulatory, and audit compliance;
• user support and System administration; and
• improving reliability, performance, and features of the System.

We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

• Company affiliates and authorized internal teams that need it for their duties;
• service providers and IT vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations; and
• courts, regulators, or other authorities when required by law or to protect the Company’s rights, security, or property.

We do not sell personal data for commercial marketing purposes.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for employment, operational, legal, audit, and security purposes, and thereafter delete, archive, or anonymize it in accordance with Company retention practices and applicable law.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Responsibilities

You may access and use only information you are authorized to handle for your role. You must not copy, export, or disclose personal or confidential data without authorization. Report suspected unauthorized access or data incidents promptly to it.mcs@mubadrah.om.

8. Requests and Questions

Subject to Company policy and applicable law, you may contact IT regarding access, correction, or other questions about personal information processed in the System at it.mcs@mubadrah.om. We may need to verify your identity and may decline or limit requests where permitted by law (for example, for security, legal privilege, or the rights of others).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the System after changes are posted constitutes notice of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, stop using the System and request that your access be revoked.
